In charge of overall Board operations; Supervising the implementation of the resolutions and decisions of the Board; Monitoring the strategic objectives of sectors of finance, Export & Import, Planning and Supplying; Monitoring production and business activities of the company and participating in the governance of associated companies; In charge of public relations and information disclosure; Complying rights and duties prescribed by law and the company’s charter, and the Board’s decisions.
Duties
- Being in charge of the general management of the activities of the Board of Directors;
- Supervising implementation of Resolutions and Decisions of the BOD;
- Monitoring the progress, quality, and budget of the Company’s investment projects;
- Being a member of the Strategic Subcommittee and Human Resources, Salary, and Bonus Subcommittee;
- Devising an operational plan and working agenda of the Board of Directors;
- Monitoring apply of strategies and sustainable development goals of the Company;
- Supervising the implementation of strategic objectives of the Finance division;
- Supervising production and business activities and participating in the governance of associated companies;
- Being in charge of public relations and information disclosure;
- Perform other rights and duties in accordance with the law, the Company’s Charter and the Decision of the Board of Directors.
